I'm going with send off for SFP. The blue player pick a position along the side and never moved. The thrower only had to adjust a foot or so left or right to avoid this and instead chose to fire the ball directly into the face of the defender. He had plenty of time to make the right choice here and instead obviously did not care if he hurt the blue player.
